Battle of the Books Update

As you know, both of our teams battled in the Branch Finals last week Thursday. We are so excited to report that both teams are the Branch Champions!!!
The 3/4 Team had another amazing night, missing no questions the whole battle! But, so did the team we battled! The battle ended in a tie! We went into an incredibly nail-biting tie breaker round and after 6 tie breakers, our team won!!! It was a hard fought battle and we played an amazing team, with a final score of 55-50!
The 5/6 Team also missed no questions the whole battle! The other team missed one question and our team stole it! So the 5/6 won in another amazing battle with a very good team with a final score of 53-45!
This means both of our teams are representing the Castle Rock branch at the District Championship battles on Wednesday night, March 13th! They will be battling the champion teams from the other 3 branches at the Parker Schoolhouse in Parker.
3rd/4th Grade: 5:00pm – Semifinal A: DCS Montessori vs. Prairie Crossing 5:30pm – Semifinal B: Acres Green vs. STEM School 6:00pm – Final: Winner A vs. Winner B 5th/6th Grade: 6:45pm – Semifinal A: Prairie Crossing vs. Mammoth Heights 7:15pm – Semifinal B: Cougar Run vs. DCS Montessori 7:45pm – Final: Winner A vs. Winner
Thank you so much to the wonderful DCS families and all of the DCS staff who came to support us! You really bring the team joy!

For Preschool, Childcare Tuition and other payments, log into your account at www.myschoolbucks.com. Select your student. Click on “School Store” at the top right of the page. Select “My Order History.”
If you have your payments on an automatic schedule, you’ll click on “School Store” at the top right of the page and select “Scheduled Payments.” Next click on the Recent Payments tab. You can download this information.
Our EIN or Tax ID Number is #84-1412032. You’ll also find this in the footer of our website.
This is not to imply that any of these fees are tax deductible, this is for you and your tax professional to determine.
