2025-2026 School Year

Applying for Preschool - our lottery was run at 10:00am on November 6th. As of 12/19/24 we are fully enrolled in Preschool for the 2025-2026 school year. For P3 students there is a waiting list of 27 students. For P4 students there is a waiting list of 25 students. You are welcome to add your child's name to the waiting list by following the "Apply Online" step below.

 Note: These forms will be required during the admission process (if you are offered a spot and accept) please gather these now so that you are ready:

  • Child’s legal, government-issued birth certificate.

  • Your proof of residency of a home in the state of Colorado. A copy of your Warranty Deed, Property Tax Bill, Lease Agreement, Deed of Trust, Assessor Parcel Search printout* or Purchase Agreement.  *If the property is in Douglas County, visit douglas.co.us/assessor, look up your address, and print out the information.

  • Child’s immunization record or state exemption form.

  • A copy of the parent's government issued photo ID.

  • A General Health Appraisal for your preschooler or Kindergartener showing your child has had a physical exam in the last 12 months. You can obtain this form from your child's physician who must sign the form. This will need to be updated annually until 1st grade.

Applying for Kindergarten through 8th grades: 

Step 1 - We participate in the District's Open Enrollment program. The First Round of applications for the 2025-2026 school year will be accepted beginning on November 1, 2024 and ends on December 2, 2024. The second round opens in January.

Step 2 - Tour our school now - there will not be time to tour once we have made our offers.

Upon receipt of an offer of admittance, and if you wish to accept that offer, you must provide the following three items. You may have as little as 48 hours to respond to our offer:

  • Child’s legal, government-issued birth certificate.

  • Your proof of residency of a home in the state of Colorado. Montessori Priority:  We give a higher priority to students entering 1st – 8th grades who attended a minimum of one year at a Montessori School with a certified Montessori teacher.  To receive this priority, you must send us a letter on the previous school’s letterhead listing the dates of enrollment for 1 or more years of education.  The letter must also state the names of student’s teachers and their Montessori Certification Type.  Montessori Priority will be granted effective the day we receive your letter. A new letter is required each year that you apply.
